I have the app but am having trouble connecting or something is not working. What should I try first to fix it?
Like most technology, closing out of the app and restarting the app or phone will correct many of the common problems. In addition, check your WiFi strength as that differs by location. If the problem is not resolved feel free to contact the app support team via email or online chat. Please click on the blue "+" button in the lower right hand portion of the Home screen and select "Help."
