How is my baby's Personal Health Information (PHI) stored?

All PHI is stored within the firewalls managed by your hospital’s IT team and accessed by users’ mobile devices using a unique access token that is refreshed every two hours. We secure the data by allowing the access request to come through the reverse proxy hosted in the DMZ of each hospital’s network that is IP restricted. Of importance, PHI is never stored in the mobile app or device. The data from the PHI will be securely stored on a HIPAA-compliant server at your hospital’s IT for the active period of the study and thereafter for data analysis.
